This legal notice applies to all products sold by HandyCapCo, including caps featuring integrated pencil sleeves designed for use by tradespeople and DIY users.

By purchasing or using our products, you agree to this notice.

2. Compliance with UK Law

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

3. Product Description & Intended Use

Our caps are designed as casual headwear with an added pencil sleeve for holding lightweight writing tools such as standard carpenter’s pencils.

They are intended for general use only and are not designed as safety equipment.

4. Safety Disclaimer

  • The pencil sleeve is suitable only for lightweight, non-hazardous items.

  • Do not insert sharp, heavy, or dangerous objects into the sleeve.

  • Ensure any item placed in the sleeve is secure before use.

  • We are not responsible for injury caused by misuse or inappropriate items stored in the sleeve.

5. Not Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

This product is not certified as Personal Protective Equipment under the Personal Protective Equipment Regulations 2018 and should not be relied upon for protection against workplace hazards.
